Celebrating Diversity
at the Annual Employee Meeting
November 13, 2025 – The Annual Employee Meeting took on a fresh and lively twist this year.
The event brought colour and creativity as employees arrived in themed outfits, adding a fun and festive spirit to the day.
The programme featured speeches from the CEO and Country Manager, and the Co-Directors of ELTP, followed by the presentation of long service awards, values and innovation awards, and recognitions from the Employee Forum. The celebration continued with special performances by The Belles – Freda, Jenilee, and Alice – as well as an engaging dialogue performance by Tamara. The event also included the Best Dressed awards and the 360° video booth, making it a memorable gathering for all.

The day wrapped up with heartfelt speeches from line managers to honour our leavers, acknowledging their contributions and wishing them well on their next chapters.
